Our juniorsToday it has become more difficult to motivate young people to do something, therefore it is even more important to offer them the possibility of joining a club in order to spend their leisure time doing something reasonable and to obtain some experience in music, and they can also meet other people, make friends and be integrated in a group. Securing the future is one of the main tasks of a music band and that also applies to the Lippborger Straßenmusikanten. This aim can only be reached by training new musicians. Teaching music has always been done by experienced musicians. We find a solution that on the one hand helps the parents to keep expenses within certain limits and on the other hand guarantees a young musician the necessary experience he needs when learning how to play and in playing an instrument. Besides numerous public appearances, the Lippborger Straßenmusikanten also offer various leisure activities such as barbecues, excursions, music seminars and much more. The road to become a good musician is certainly a long one. But for those who persevere and develop a taste for rehearsal nights, concerts or a music festival, they will be caught by music which will never let them go again and in most cases this will be a " Hobby for life".Basic musical training The first music lesson for young people took place in 2002 with 5 students learning to play the "trumpet".
They were very successful and were soon integrated in the band and have already done several performances with us. They all love playing with the band.
